●Domestic Shipping: Under normal circumstances, products can be delivered within 3-5 working days to municipalities directly under the Central Government, provincial capitals, and economically developed regions; for remote areas (such as Xinjiang, Tibet, Qinghai, etc.), delivery usually takes 5-8 working days.

International Shipping: The shipping time varies significantly across different countries and regions, typically ranging from 7 to 21 working days. The specific time may be subject to delays due to factors such as the customs clearance speed of the destination, the efficiency of local logistics and distribution, and we appreciate your understanding in this regard.

3. Shipping Costs

●Calculation Method of Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, volume, destination of the products you purchase, and the logistics method you choose. 5. Shipping Instructions for Returns and Exchanges

When sending the product back, it is recommended that you choose a courier service with trackable logistics information and keep the logistics tracking number properly for future inquiry about the progress of the product return.
